Policy/Terms and Conditions

Defective Merchandise:

Please completet our RMA file to return the defective merchandise for a replacement. Please send the defective merchandise to our warehouse, We will take care of you request upon receiving your parcel, and please mention your Order No. And your RMA No. On the package box.

Missing / Received Wrong Item in Order:

Please contact the Customer Service Department immediately at [email protected] upon receiving the order.
Note: Customers must inform Gen ace of any order discrepancy within 7-10 days from receipt date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Return & Exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items to the warehouse for refund.  for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through RMA process. Please make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging and place it in a shipping box. It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Gens ace Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected by the Gens ace Fulfillment Centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your.

Change / Cancel Order:

You may change or cancel your order only if it has not been processed for packaging and shipment. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Price & Terms:

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typography or photography errors. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer pays return shipping on all services.

Processing Time:

You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday, 12:00AM - 5:00PM PST), provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Backorders / Preorders

Shipping Information:

All items are shipped from our German warehouse once order processing and order packaging is completed, usually within one to two business days. Gens ace standard shipping is DPD. Expected delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 business days once order is  processed, unless otherwise noted.

Tracking Number:

Provided the shipping method that you selected for shipping your order, we will send emails with DPD tracking numbers and delivery address information the evening after your package ships, provided the email address submitted with the order is accurate.

Shipping to a Third-Party Address:

First, if the alternate shipping address is on file with the bank that issued the credit card, then order processing will not be delay. Please have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your credit card account. If the alternate shipping address is not on file with the bank that issued the credit card, order processing may be delay due to additional verification to make sure that the credit card account is not lost or stolen. We take this measure to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.

We accept NO responsibility for crash damage; it is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept NO responsibility for improper installation of our products.

The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by Gens ace.

User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. Gens ace DOES NOT accept responsibility for injury, crash or damage, loss of kits or accessories, or parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model.
